OFSAA Provincial Nordic Skiing Champions

February 21, 2025

Thursday and Friday at Kivi Park, the 2025 OFSAA Provincial Nordic Skiing Championship took place and seven hard-working Vikings took on over 600 skiers across the province. In the Senior High School Division 7km race, Misaki finished 12th, Lea 37th, and Isaac 38th out of a field of over 100. In the Junior Boys 5km Race, Gord, Ewan, Cam, and Eden all placed in the top 20 out of over 150 skiers with Gord, Ewan, and Cameron sweeping the High School division podium! That’s OFSAA individual Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals! In addition, the Junior Boys Team won the Championship banner! Way to go! The team followed-up their team banner with silver medals in the Relay Event as well! Amazing work! The Viking Community is very proud of our Nordic Skiers!
