Class of 2030 Viking Items Pick-Up

Welcome Class of 2030!

As we head into the summer, a friendly reminder that as part of the registration and welcome process, we have organized a Viking t-shirt (and timetable/school information/laptop discount coupons/etc.) pick-up, for all new Class of 2030 students, which will occur this coming Thursday and Friday (July 2nd – 3rd, 2026) from 9:00am to 3:00pm.  New Vikings can come through our main set of doors and into the Main Office for the pick-up.  Our Main Foyer will also have a ‘Viking Picture’ opportunity for the Class of 2030 students (should students wish to partake)!

A few other important dates:

  • July 2nd / 3rd: Grade 8 t-shirt and timetable pick-up
  • July 6th / 7th: Grade 9 – 12 Report Card pick-up (for current students)
  • July 10th: Main Office closes
  • August 24th: Main Office re-opens
  • August 25th: Grade 9 Orientation Day (information regarding our Orientation Day will be provided through parent/guardian email sometime during the week of August 17th – it will begin at 10:00am at Lockerby Composite School and should finish around 11:00am/11:30am – lunch for students is provided)
  • August 26th: 4th Annual Glow-Up Day (information shared at Grade 9 Orientation Day)
  • September 1st: Special Education Orientation Day (information regarding our Special Education Orientation Day will be provided through parent/guardian email to those students who have had an IPRC Meeting with the school or who will be scheduled for one.  Our new Program Leader of Special Education – Hayley Hockley – will be reaching out to families for both new IPRC meetings and for Special Education Orientation Day registrations)
  • September 8th: First day of classes (including the livestreamed Viking House Sorting Ceremony)
